I have tracked my food for two weeks now using Fat Secret. I am being able to get it done. I am going to using my diet calendars to start cutting out different foods which I can do ok without. I am taking in too many carbs. I have lost 4 pounds in this two weeks.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
