So 5 days of dieting and 5 days of swimming - first week always lose the most - 5 lbs from water weight and p and now at tail end of it, so not too accurate, but hey, 5 is good with me! 27 to go!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
