I have to say I'm really proud of this weigh in much better than this morning of course I spent a good deal of time in the bathroom getting rid of the extra water lol

Maybe I should start limiting my fluid intake after 8 pm like I do my food?
195.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
