Cole's Journal, 07 May 2008

It was another tough week of choices. It is always hard for me on the weekends where I have little control of what I am going to eat during the day. It is really tough when we go to my mother-in-law's cuz she is an awesome cook and bakes a lot too. The last two weekends we spent with her and it shows in my last two weigh ins. But this week is going to be better and I am going to be more resolved to the plan.
165.2 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
