I am going to be more accountable! Time to start tracking food and weight faithfully. This is a good time to start, my husband is going to be gone until Sunday so I can make all the things I like that he doesn't, without the work of cooking two different things! I'm stocked up on fresh brussel sprouts, salmon, etc.

Is it eveli of me to be excited about him being gone :) He never travels without me so it is kind of a treat for me to just have the whole house to myself, have meals on my schedule, etc. I know I'll appreciate him more when he gets home and I'm glad he is doing something he really enjoys (Back to the 50's car show with a friend in St. Paul).

Last night I cooked a feast for supper - steak, shrimp in the shell, corn on the cob, warm french bread. I can tell by the scale I really overdid it!

Anyway, looking forward to the rest of the week and weekend - and it will involve healthier eating!
144.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
