I have lost some weight about .4 of a pound and that is a wonderful thing. Now is a good time to just relax and be ok with it all. I am excited as soon I will be at below 180 and then on to 170.
186.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
