Getting closer!!! I can't wait I want to see 154.5 by the 18th! I'm going to try to walk today either when the kids are at soccer or awanas tonight. I don't tend to be very motivated that time of night but I'm motivated to get to my next goal. I won't have any raspberries today. ALso I am thinking of getting a blood sugar meter to see of the feeling I'e been having is indeed blood sugar realated. I'm eating sooo few carbs but I still have crashes after some meals. yesterday I felt like crap most of the afternoon. I did the whole afternoon must take a nap! But I am also wondering how much sleep affects me, I have not been getting good sleep latley. I'll try to go to bed earlier. But I can't do much about the quality of sleep. Between kids, leg cramps, funny dream, reastlessness, bk not getting up when his alrm goes off. But amybe excersize will help that.

Hi, low potasium can cause cramps and fatigue. I was having bad leg, foot, and hand cramps. I've started to take a potasium suppliment and the cramps have gone. But as a side affect, I'm less tired at my job in the afternoon. Don't get me wrong, by the end of the work day I don't really have the energy to actually excercise. But I think that's more because I'm lazy :)

I can second that on the potassium supplements. I picked some up because I was having awful cramps on the tops of my feet in the middle of the night. Every night I was waking up in total pain. As soon as I started taking the supplements, they were completely gone. Not a one since.
