Woo Hoo! First weigh in for hospital challenge. . . and two weeks with no scale. Love it! Will relax and splurge a bit today, then tomorrow back on it.
Found a Cardio Kickbox video that I love. It is broken up into 5 10 minute segments, so tomorrow I am going to get up 20 minutes early and bust out 2 of them and then every morning do a different 2. I've been waking up early and laying in bed, so I'm going to try getting a workout in. I am not a morning person so we'll see how this goes, lol. My workouts have all been during my lunch hour or after work.
I had my old comfort breakfast today. . . doritos and soda and it wasn't what it used to be. Goal #2, to not see coke or cool ranch doritos as a choice of foods when I'm entering breakfast in my food diary!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

No more breakfasts like that miss lol! Great job staying off the scale, I try and just keep going back to the crutch.

Yep, I'm done with it. Funny how I used to have it every day, then switched to eggs or oatmeal and thought I missed the junk, but really would rather have the good stuff.
