Some hurdles this week, family get togethers and stress of a new job. Had a chocolate chip cookie from a student and boy did it taste good! Hoping to get back on today.
224.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
