Day 50: Another lb bites the dust..lol
296.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 September 2012:
1169 kcal Fat: 31.69g | Prot: 88.38g | Carb: 157.55g.   Breakfast: sara lee honey ham low sodium. Dinner: clear vae ketchup, whole wheat bread crumbs, POTATO, Egg Beaters, green pepper, onions, GROUND TURKEY. Snacks/Other: banana chip aly made, jolly time popcorn, weg yogurt. more...
