Nitara's Journal, 11 September 2012

Well, I am not wooried about .5kg, as I introduced breakfast to my diet and it probably will take a while for my body to adjust.
I am doing 30 mins exercise daily, and I assume that with replacing fat with muscles you might actually get a bit heavier but still thin. (although has not happened yet) We will see how I go.
