Had Allen set my alarm for 5:30am - so I could make myself get up and workout. Amazingly enough when it went off...I made myself walk into the LR and turn on the TV. Popped the DVD in and Carmen Electra and I worked on our strip tease workout together for about 35 minutes. LOL.
We're not talking ubber challenging (the warm up and the first run through routine), but I felt better - more awake (without the Cafix or SLAM).

Allen and I walked to drop off a payment in town - only out for about 15 minutes tops, but it was good to be outside. Plus it wasn't so hot either (heat index and humidity has been off the chart!).

Cooked a crazy veggie dish - red potatos, seasoned canned lima beans, frozen green beans, hunts traditional sauce, fresh squash from garden, bread crumbs/italian seasoned, Cheddar cheese slices. - Baked it. Should be good...we'll see how it is tonight. LOL.
