So I thought I was going to do good on my trip to Memphis, but I ended up gaining about 4 Lbs. I got a lot of exercise, but with all the unhealthy food and drinks I had, it didn't make a difference. Back on track today though! I am going to try to wheen myself off the caffine and sugar this week, so next week I can get back on the Fat Flush diet.
106.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
