I had gained last weekend (darn beer) and so just took a week to get back "down". Why can I gain 2 lbs in 1 day, and then it takes 7 days to lose? Great mysteries surround us ;-) I also didn't get to exercise last week, this week, I am taking the time, no matter what!
186.4 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
