1464 kcal Fat: 90.49g | Prot: 107.21g | Carb: 55.75g.   Breakfast: Cheddar, Deli Ham, eggs, brewed coffee, half and half, brewed coffee, half and half. Lunch: Deil Slice Turkey, Yogurt Ranch, Banana Pepper, onion, cucumber, Spring Mix, tomato. Dinner: Butter, Ground Turkey, Broccoli. Snacks/Other: Pork Chop, Feta Cheese, Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter, Apple. more...
