Fell off the track this week. In need of inspiration.
I took some pictures of myself and I don't like my outward appearance. In my mind I am a sexy m.i.l.f.. On the outside, mom butt.
Doctors orders are to lose 30 lbs and keep them off.
I wish this was easier.
