Small weight gain, but still staying within the range that I want for maintenance. My long term goal is to stay between 175 and 185 lbs. I have walked 20.25 miles so far this week (12 of those miles today) and I plan to walk a little tomorrow. I worked in the yard today when I got home from walking and spent about 2 1/2 hours out there. Got a lot of exercise today. :)
181.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I miss my walking time! I'm taking your lead, though. The maintenance stuff is harder than I thought. Of course it doesn't help when your husband takes you literally on some things, like my mumbling to Cinnabons and saying "Not today, but someday" -- he surprised me by bringing a Minibon home yesterday. Like a happy puppy who has chewed your favorite shoe and is bringing it to you in anticipation of being praised, he was grinning with pride that he remembered. I just said thank you. A kazillion more things on the list to accomplish in the next three weeks... I may recruit you to help, Kimjixie... or if it gets really bad, I'll run away from all this Big Day planning and hop on the freeway and join you on a walk.

You know hun your small amt of gain may be muscle gain esp with all your activity. No worries hun. You look great and are doing great.

Jenkie - I don't envy you with all of the work that you have to do for your daughter's big day. I bet her day will be beautiful, but you will be glad when it is done. Any time you want to join me on a walk, let me know. My husband calls them death marches, especially when I do more than 10 miles at a time :) I am up for short walks, long ones, fast or slow pace. I love to mix them up.

Thanks HCB and Bonthronm for your ever encouraging comments :) I still can't believe sometimes that I can now walk the distances that I do and it is fun! I'm not worried about small weight gains now, since I have given myself a range. I am using the scale to make sure I stay in that range and I rechecked this morning to find that I am back down at 180. :)
