40.8% After I weighed myself I went to the bathroom and then weighed myself again (twice) and it was higher. Hmmph. I am going to be stubborn and stick with 182.6, even if it is a fluke of the scale. I don't mind these little gifts from the scale gods. I just have to remember not to be too disappointed tomorrow if I am not down this far or down any further.
I put "diet followed 100%" on a recent weigh in, because that was the amount of effort I was puting forth, but now that my houseguest Danny is gone, I am realizing how much he was stressing me out and influencing my food choices negatively. Things are easier now. Today I'm having friends over for a party-- but because its my party I'm not too worried. It's my party and I'll diet if I want to! :)
I have to go eat breakfast and get dressed and clean house and prepare snacks. I hope everyone has a fabulous day! Thanks again to those who reached out to my friend. :)
