I feel like I could meet my short term goal this summer! My exercise plan is in place, what I really have to watch out for is CALORIC INTAKE! Yep, good ole calories...

Problem is, I love food. And so many things I do get associated with snacks. I find I almost always have to have popcorn if I'm at the movies. If I curl up to read a book, I love having a little bowl of either chocolate or chips to munch.

At home, it's easier to manage...I just don't have any *bad for me* junk in the house. If I want a nosh while reading, I can have a serving of fruit and nut trail mix, or a half cup of fresh berries. It's outside in *the real world* where I run into problems!

So, I have renewed my interest in the Food Diary here on FatSecret. I was tracking my calories like a fiend when I first started here and then, as I lost more and more weight, I felt I didn't need to account for every little morsel that I popped in my mouth. Maybe I won't have to care so much when I'm super close to my goal, but I think it's something I have to really focus on right now.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 66.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not only calories but sugar too. It even makes MORE. Look on the box or package etc. And look at sugar, Calories, Calories from sugar. Haha i love food too. Get licorice (sorry if i misspelled) instead. Get a tiny package of ritz crackers with peanut butter instead of chocolate or chips. And thats what i might do....Get rid of all the healthy stuff and go shoppin! See...I have a family of 5...2 lives in anohter city. and i live with the other 3. They might not be so happy...But...Now it is to a point where i dont really care..Because my mom had to get gastric bypass and my papa is like 233..... And your very lucky i havent lost any pounds yet from my starting weight..... I was 160.. then i gaisned 179...then 184..then 183...now im 181....
