I have stuck to the diet and excercise regiem and also to keeping to 1200 calories or less a day. But no less than 1000 calories. That would be starving myself! LOL...It is easier than I thought. I have just been feeling not like eating much lately...still not 100% myself since the flu started on Tuesday....
166.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 8.4 lb a week

Look at the intensity of the downward curve on your weight history - it has increased quite a bit. (Please give your body time to heal)
