Um...feeling a little frustrated. Could use some support.
96.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You look like you have surpassed your goal weight. Are you trying to maintain? One of the best things you can do for yourself is make your calories count. Have an egg or oatmeal with some fruit in the morning or maybe some yogurt and fruit. Get in lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies. You can eat a lot more of healthy food and keep the weight off, than eat junk food. If you want to change your body composition (lose fat and go down in sizes), you need to do a combination of exercise (cardio and strength training). There are tons of things you can do for exercise. When you exercise, you can also eat more. Not sure what your frustrated about, but your chart looks good.
