Wow~okay, maybe it IS me! Maybe, just maybe, I am actually breaking through that barrier....Perhaps:) I ate only 1200 calories yesterday and according to the Biggest Loser book, that is about right for my weight right now if I still want to lose:) So, I am going to stick to that and just make sure that I keep it up in order to keep up losing. I am so happy because now, all I have left to lose is 19.2 pounds! I am SO CLOSE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
167.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Keep it up!! That's the great thing about being half way, you know you can do what's left because you have gone that distance before.

YAY! I'm lovin the enthusiasm and optimism in your voice - you can do it :D ps...there is a biggest loser BOOK?! I need it. I'm addicted to diet books. (3 arrived in the mail today)
