I took a week of exercise for a knee injury, increased my caloric intake by 200-300 calories (not by design) for a couple of days, and managed to lose almost a pound and a half. Go figure.

Lost so far: 16.8 lb.
Still to go: 20.2 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
