Scales...and numbers...good Sunday morning...really getting into being more focuses on sticking to what goes in my mouth and what I burn off...rode zwift yesterday...then couple of hours before bedtime..I used the kettlebell...not a lot..just enough to get to breathing hard..doesn’t take much since I’m not use to that workout yet...

I’m thinking last week it was to much salt intake..but who knows for sure...

Today’s plan..zwift..got 60 miles in for the week so far..want to add more on today..starting to feel more comfortable on the trainer each time I’m on it...and can tell I’m getting stronger from each ride I do...tomorrow the course switches to Innsbruck..not my favorite...but not a lot of choice..

Welp...time to get breakfast and the green tea...get this day on schedule...want to be riding shortly..get them endorphins woke up..got kitchen stuff I want to clean up on today...

Have a great day..

Sounds like a lot of great exercise. Whish it was me. I mostly do walking right now. Salt is not a worry on keto. We need plenty

The thing about salt is ... you don't have to eat it extra if there is plenty in the food you are eating for the day. Canned soup has gobs of salt in it. Just a thought.

Canned soup would not be very keto friendly.

Soup sounds good on this colder days...but my body is sensitive to too much salt

Homemade soup is the way to go! Then you can control the salt.
