Wow that was unexpected!
285.8 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 100.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

actually it is 36 because I estimated my weight at first and it would not let me correct it. so I have just been keeping track of the total myself lol

I see you eat the Boca meatless burgers, my husband and I are just trying these out. We've tried the Boca meatless griller and Morning Star meatless griller. I was skeptical about them, but they are really good. I bought the Boca vegan burger for him to try tonight.
