Lost 3 to start. Gained one back. Not sure why as I am sticking to the diet. However I need to get more vege carbs in.

I am using Sunday as my weigh in day now. I won't weigh again for a week.
The daily check it do discouraging if I don't see constant downward progress. Slow and steady wins the race.

181.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
