Another 0.2 pounds gone. I am trying to not obsess over every ounce. The weight will come off, just maybe not as quickly as I would like.

Be prod of youe self for every oz u lose. I know its fustrating but you can and will do this. Plus there can be alot of factors to as to why you have not lost as much as you wanted to. Either way you are doing good and sometimes losing weight to fast can be bad. Give your body time to adjust to the weight loss and less chance of gaining any back.:)
