I think I have done well this week. I write down everything I eat, even if it is something maybe "not so good". BUT because I write it down I do not eat a lot of something "not so good". I am starting to feel anxious about the "candy" season coming up, since that is one of my problem areas.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week

Oh, you and me both! I just plan to pick some up for the kids and put it away since we don't have trick or treaters anymore! Now if I can just keep the big kid from picking any up! LOL He's already brought home the "fall colors" hershey's kisses! And chocolate is my weakness!
