Doing good on my Curves diet. I did have to change some of the Frozen Dinners cause we didn't carry them in our store. I didn't exercise as much as I had in the past weeks. Going to try to workout more again this week. Going to try and cook some of me foods ahead of time this week.

192.0 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
