Lucky I weighed myself before going to Mimi's Cafe for dinner. I was really pissed off that six ounces of pot roast, one cup of mashed potatoes, and a half cup of veggies came in at 1500 calories. I guess I need to keep eating at home. Oh well... today was a new diet low, and almost into the 200 zone...
300.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 95.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
