not bad considering the vacation and then on sunday i was in the car for 5 hours and i forgot my cooler with snacks in it...i will take it and learn my lesson...:-(

edit:...also tom came to visit today...so that counts right...lol
166.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i know it...sometimes i get frustrated with the not being able to work out and lose as fast as i know i could if i did work out...i am trying to get permission to do water aerobics in may when i go back to the docs...i can and will do this...it is not an option to quit...thanks
