Nothing you guys.... NOTHING!! I was really hesitant about even posting my weigh in, but I knew that y'all would understand and be supportive. I was 100% on track ALL WEEK!! I was so sure I was gunna lose... and NOTHING!! Geeze! Plus I just took my Chemistry final and it was really hard! I am worried because its my last semester - i'm supposed to graduate. And this test is a huge part of my grade! I dont know exactly what I made, but I dont think I did very well.
I was so proud of myself yesterday and now I'm just... blah! Maybe I'll weigh again tomorrow - maybe the loss just hasnt caught up with me yet.

Post test anxiety... forget it! lol There's nothing you can do about it now... your answers are locked in. Just carry on, chin up GIRL! You probably did just fine, so don't worry, it's not going to help. You will probably drop just by upping the water and getting some fun in to relieve some of that stress. You can do it!

Stress does funny things to weight....sooo maybe you were retaining water when you weighed in because you were stressing over the test? Keep on track, weigh yourself tomorrow, and keep smiling. You have done fantastic so far with loosing 34.8 so far! Try not to let this get you down!

I was that way with WW - one week I'd have a loss and the next almost nothing, or even a gain. So maybe that's what's happening to you this time. I'm sure it'll come off soon!

Numbers are only numbers...Your body IS changing even if the scale doesn't say so!!!! It may be nothing on the scale but you are doing wonderful things for you!!! I agree stress does crazy things to our bodies chemistry. Keep going forward you will see the number go down.

How many points are you eating? Maybe you can alternate high points days with lower points days, or change your workout routine. Above all, don't get discouraged!

Keep up the good work. You have done great so far. Every diet has it's down time where you just don't lose but it will come. If you are eating the same food everyday you might try changing to surprise you body. The idea of alternating high points and low points sounds good. You've come a long way, congrats.

In the last 3 weeks I've barely lost 3#, but I've lost 5 1/2 inches. I didn't start to measure myself until I started walking. The exercise is really changing my body. This is a great thing!! You are doing wonderfully. My mini goal is to lose 30# by my birthday, the end of June. You inspire me :)

Thanks everybody!! Y'all are awesome! I feel a lot better now. Reading your comments and talking to my mom has really helped! Y'all are right, I've come a long way and its not over! I'm just gunna keep on enjoying this journey.

REMEMBER THAT STUDYING FOR A BIG TEST LIKE THAT IS NOT ONLY MENTALLY STRESSFUL BUT YOU DON'T GET AS MUCH PHYSICAL EXERCISE WHEN YOU ARE HITTING THE BOOKS THAT HARD. DON'T WORRY YOU ARE DOING FANTASTIC AND YOUR HARD WORK WILL BE REWARDED IN ALL AREAS. SUCCESS HAS MANY FACES AND ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND YOU WILL SEE IT. I think that you have done AMAZING to have kept your weight steady during a stressful exam event. KEEP UP YOUR journalling and stay on PLAN and be patient with the scale. There a million reasons why the scale stays the same (my weight, for example, goes up by a few pounds just from water retention for a few days after I eat somethign salty) So just hang in there. By the way - if you haven't already done so make sure you take your measurements. Sometimes through you new healthy routine you are swapping nice lean muscle for fat and the results show in the fit of your clothes before they show up on the scale.

Don't let it get you down...plateau's happen. Before you know it, it'll start dropping again.

Don't you just hate those plateaus! But you have done so well before and in a few days boom! this plateau will be over and you will be back on your way down again. Keep smiling. Love ya buddie...k

Just because the scale said zero doesnt mean that you haven't lost inches!!! Maybe next week you'll have a big Number....thats what IM hoping for!!! Just Keep on Keepin on!!
