Run Report: Put in my 2 slow miles last night - felt pretty good but would have been better if I had better nutrition. Movie popcorn does not make good running fuel. Really excited for my mud run tomorrow!!
205.5 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
