As usual, my true weight didn't appear until my weekly BM :-} Stayed on track all week with good food choices. My BG's were mostly good, though I had 3 of the last 7 days with fasting early morning highs.
196.5 lb Lost so far: 57.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
