Weight is coming off, but very slowly. My jeans fit a tiny bit better, and I'm going to start working out next week. I haven't been working out at all so that should definitely help a lot.
142.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.1 lb a week
