Channeled above 190 for 2 weeks and then pow I am losing again. I think it has something to do with my training for my new job and I think, I am focused outside myself.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
