UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!! I changed my weigh in day to keep the impact of my cheat day to a minimum... and the extra effort i put in paid off.. from Monday down 2.9 LBS!!! yesterday i took back this super cute dress to exchange it for a smaller size!! it looks amazing and I'm so proud of myself.. but.. since its a little dressy, i might just keep the tags just in case i wanna drop another size in the next couple months..lol

169.5 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
