1227 kcal Fat: 35.26g | Prot: 47.57g | Carb: 120.47g.   Breakfast: coffee, Fiber One oats and chocolate chewy ba. Lunch: Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, great value fruit cup, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: lemon rice, sweet leaf green tea, coffee, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh. Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
