Damn I hope I drop this spike as fast as you did!! Not logging what I saw today, this is the biggest backslide I've had in a long time. Hoping it's just a hiccup. It's all in how we respond right? Figure that low cals would balance out the lack of gym. Guess I learned! Nice job

Yep. And hiccups just happen *shrugs* The low-cal approach may still be difficult, but give it a try, and if that doesnt work, try something new? I was thinking of going all natural and primal for a a week- nothing but veggies, fruits, nuts, and fresh protein. When my leg was bad and my shoulder was jacked, I had to go about things strictly on diet, and still managed to lose lbs on low carb/no calorie counting. I'm still a huge believer in quality of calories over quantity of calories. But you know, I'm also in a lazy phase, partly in due tdo indulging in more carbs (half of a danish here, a tomale there) and the fact that I feel I've settled into a maintenance phase. I know that carbs and sodium puff me up, so, I'm taking a break from logging food... Although I am staying balanced due to my trail running :)

No I didn't want to go below 1000 cals a day it just kinda happened from stress lol. Clean eating and lower carb works best for me. That much I know. I feel my best and look my best. When things with the family explode and I don't get my planning and cooking time in that's where I struggle and stumble. Damn kids! (lol kidding!) I was about to take a break from logging food on weekends when it's harder and then try for the whole week (just journal and weigh in) and see how things went but with everything that has gone askew I am going to get back on track first. Hoping to get back to my clean eating where I am healthier, happier and it tastes better!! You have it all underscontrol I have no doubt. Hope you don't disappear on us though :-( lol.

I'll still pop on here and browse around and use the weight tracking. It's pretty easy to know if I've been good or bad. Over the weekend: bad. The past two days: ok, but not good, but not horrible haha.
