changed my f eating. besides limiting the times and amount of eating, i ate more often but in little portions. i feel alot better and it shows that it works. i'm also looking forward to the insanity workout program!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
