I did gain some weight since yesterday, but I have been sticking to atkins super closely, except I used some ketchup yesterday, I forgot about all that sugar in ketchup. I don't think that could be attributed to the weight gain cos I was under to the 20 carb limit today. Another day to try my best on this diet!
