This is closest to my true wt as of 6/10/10
121.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1848 kcal Fat: 35.78g | Prot: 150.40g | Carb: 200.69g.   Breakfast: misc, sugar free cool whip, 100% Pure Pumpkin, sugar free creamer, Espresso Coffee, half and half, Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Plain. Lunch: ultimate no sugar added apricots ( Mariani -approx 5), cooked egg white, Lean Smoked Turkey Sausage, mustard greens. Dinner: lemon/pumpkin, cucumber, onion, apple, sweet peppers, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, tomato, harvest rice, tila. Snacks/Other: Cooked Egg White, cherries, espresso, almond breeze, pro. more...
