Was not hungry at all last night for dinner. Had half a bowl of stew my girl made and that took a while to eat. It was just so so hot. I did drink 192oz of tea and water yesterday though.
323.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
