Run Report: Went to the gym for some ab/arm strength work and did my run there - 2 slow miles on the treadmill. Forgot how boring the TM is, but was happy with how the run felt. It's hard to tell if the repetitive motion on the TM was bothering my hip more than outdoor runs or if I just had less scenery to distract from it. Oh well. Plan for the rest of the week is just another slow 2 miles on Friday so I am well rested for the mud run on Sunday.
