Today for our "Bring It" Class we did a challenge. When I did the challenge several months ago, I was at 29:49 minutes. Today I was at 22:06....almost as good as my trainers time!!! WOOOTTT WOOTTTT!!!! So proud of my accomplishment!!! Also....I became a Cheetah today on my BL Slim Coach!!!! That is the best you can get!!! It is working out for more then 5 days @ intense 45 minutes or more.
