Finally! I have managed to shift the weighing scales down and hit my first mini goal of getting into the 140's. This low carb diet is amazing at helping to move things along. The only downside is that I dont have enough recipes or variety to stick with it in the long term!
I need to do some research or get a book I think. I really would like to stick to a low carb diet just to keep seeing the numbers going down but I am running out of food ideas.
