I would like to start a challenge for this upcoming weekend of doing a MASTER CLEANSE for 3 days - Sat - Sun - Mon - just the lemonade mixture or if not just water - This is going to be a tough one - I have been doing just water fasting on Sabbaths (Saturdays) for the past month - and it has been good.
