This morning I was actually closer to 254, but I like when it's a definite number as opposed to teetering in between. Plus, I want to wait until Sunday (official WI day) for a documented WI.

Back to the exercise regime and I really, really, REALLY need to keep on this. I sure feel ridiculously better, more energised, more positive, healthier, thinner, sexier when I have been working out. Gotta keep going. I am okay with missing a day here and there, but I don't want to get into the habit of only working out a couple of days and then slacking off for the rest of the week and weekend. I also want to start getting up a bit earlier than I have been on weekends and getting the workout done for the day.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
