Super Chicken's Journal, 28 August 2012

As a jumping off point, I am doing one healthy (kid sized portion) meal a day, with meal replacement shakes for the other two. I have also sprinkled my day with various veggies and fruit inbetween "meals". It made bouncing back from eating out with drinks much easier, by Monday morning, I had returned to my Friday weight. BIG DEAL for me. :) I plan on sticking with this particular plan for three more weeks, in order to give my stomach a chance to get used to smaller portions and my pallate a chance to get over sugar.
Down five pounds in one week!
232.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.4 lb a week
