Really buckled down for a week and only lost 1.2 lbs. Disappointing, but due to an ankle injury could not exercise as much as I wanted. Pretty much limited to weights, a little Pilates and some ab work. I think I can ride my bike as long as it's relatively flat and I don't have to push myself up hills. Maybe next week will be better.
127.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
